how to enable captcha

Hi,

On my Joomla installations's Administration screen, under "Components" menu, there is a submenu called: "Easybook".
EasyBook now has 3 submenus:
1. Manage Entries - takes me straight to manage entries page
2. Bad Word Filter - takes me to a page where I can define the filters for bad words
3. Help and information.

Now, I need to enable Captcha for my guestbook, and in many forums I have read to install EASYCAPTCHA or enable captcha from the menu. I dont know which Menu are they talking about? Do I really need to install easycaptch to enable captcha or does it come as a standard with Easybook? If yes, How shall I enable it? where can I find the field to enable it?
