Is there any way to resize images that visitors put in my guestbook? Or can I somehow make a maxsize for images??

All what You need it's to add some class to images on guestbook. Ok, let's go:

You must add something like this:

I add class='message_images', but it's Your choose what class name You set.

Last thing what You need to do, it's add css code to You webside, something like this:
