Hello,

I've installed easybook together with easycaptcha. It worked really well for some time until yesterday.
I've received over 20 spammessages from different ip's. I've tried changing the captcha to the more complex mathematical question.

Sorry for asking this in English, I once tried learning German, but I really never succeeded. I understand it, but that's about it.

The site I'm talking about is [url]http://www.summerbeats.be[/url]. Click on 'Gastenboek' on the Mainmenu on the left to navigate to the easybook component.

Hi Teun,

are you using the current version of EasyBook (Rc3)? Did you also enable the captcha in the EasyBook's global parameters?

I'am using rc2 with some edits to the code, which are just some translations.
The captcha is enabled, I've set the 'use captcha' on yes in the menu, but I don't know if that that is the global parameter?
Where can I see (and edit) those global parameters? I'm a noob with joomla. This is the first site I've ever created.

Same to me. I received spam on my site about a week ago (1 message) and yesterday (4 entries).

I use Joomla 1.5.3, Easybook 2.0.0rc3 and Easycaptcha 2.0rc1

There is no solution to this??? I´am receiveng 2-3 spams everyday!! My version is RC3 for Joomla 1.5.7 with easycaptcha installed. Maybe the solution is uninstall the component...

Could please anybody of you provide me the logfile of your server? I'll take a look at it to find out wheater this is some kind of configuration plugin or a security plugin.
