mouseover menu produces crash in iceweasel (firefox)

mouseover menu ex. FILES produces crash in iceweasel by moveover menu (tab) explanation ...
using Debian 6 KDE Iceweasel (firefox) if i move over menu buttons the easycreator window moves up & down (crash) no input or close in window possible.

I personally use opensuse with firefox, no issues.

Do you have any error output?

a.t.m. no error logs found ...

but is this realy needed in top menu - if you want switch browser tabs in EC window almost mouseover happend if you reach the browser tabs ... in this case i have problems with nonstop window reloads.

Debian is a bitch
Sorry, but i read that frequently when googling for debian problems..

After installing a (virtual) Debian 5 i read that the problem is on Debian 6

So for now: The problem does not appear on Debian 5.0.6 and iceweasel 3.0.6

I am going to download (slow inet..) and install it - tomorrow - stay tuned

hm - could it be a problem with plasma desktop from KDE4 or Java?

Hard to say... I don't trust that iceweasel thingy..

Today i installed squeeze/sid which comes with iceweasel 3.5.13

No issues found .....

OpenSUSE comes with KDE 4, so it won't be the plasma desktop.. although i have most of the stuff disabled and VMs wont use special effects..

Java -- you mean JavaScript ? That's why i suspect the weasel.. could you install firebug (https://addons.mozilla.or...en-US/firefox/addon/1843/) to see if it throws some errors to the console ?
