How to integrate in own component

Hi,
I need a captcha in my own written components. I first tried OSTCaptcha but was not very satisfied with it. Now I found your EasyCaptcha.
First of all: The website at joomlacode.org is very confusing. It's not good structured.
Second: I haven't found a good documentation how to integrate EasyCaptcha in my components... Is there a tutorial (code snippet)?
Would be very great if somebody would help me.

You could integrated it easy. I am sure it is the EasyCaptcha of all.
I have integrade it with com_contact. I could send you a document or patch file if you are interest.
