Easycaptcha in joomla 1.5.6 contact form

Easycapctha installed fine on a joomla 1.5.6 installation, but I've had a good look around in the forums and the tutorial site but can't locate any information on how to get the captcha working in the default joomla contact form.

I see other posts here with similar questions, and I see it working on one site, but I can not locate information anywhere on how to get it to work in the contact form, what am I missing?

Me too!
I have installed the component and then activate the colored captcha.
But there's no menue to manage other components to use captcha inline.

I will see how it works to integrate it on my own, but if there is a shorter way..

I love Joomla and all around!

Well I gave "easycaptcha" my best shot and no luck, moved to "tincatphca" that provided basic support and came with edited files for contact / login and admin. That was much "easier" and quicker.

Anyone found a solution as to how integrate easycaptcha with Joomla 1.5 contact? I don't understand point of easycaptcha when there is no integration available with other extensions.
