Hi,

I have just started using the EasyBook component and I like it a lot, but I have a question. Is it possible to only show captcha for guests? Once I users is logged in, I don't really like the fact that they still have to fill in a captcha before being able to post. Could somebody tell how I can accomplish this?

I hope somebody can help me with this question.

Keep up the good work!

Fabian

Well, in fact Easybook 2 only displays the captcha to guests, so this should work out of box.

Hi Thanks a lot for the reply. I noticed that my configs were really ok, so it was a confusion at my side. Sorry for that!

I do however have another question that maybe somebody can help me with:

I have a website in which I want the members to have more priviledges than the guest. Also with the guestbook. Therefor I would like to ask if somebody can tell me how I can also make the BBcode and smiles for members only, just like the captcha.

I have looked at the code, but I can't really figure out how this is achieved with the captcha and how I could implement this on the smileys and the BBcode. Is this done in a way something like this:

Code:
if($params->get('enable_captcha', false) AND !$user->gid)

Or in a completely different way?

I think I will have to be in "helpers\content.php" for both the BBCode and the Smilies, but I am not sure.

Hope somebody can help...

Fabian
